    Epassporte theft dropped with security updates?

    Not too long ago everybody and their mother posted that they got epass-jacked.

    No more?

          Wasnt that in some way connected to the security hole in NATS?

          I could be COMPLETLEY wrong in saying that, but if I remember correctly they both seemed to happen at the same time...
          I know there was no 'official connection' but it was possible that the two things may have ben connected... ?

          If Im talking out my arse, fine... Just dont jump all over me

              yea I wouldn't be suprised, probably idiots were using same pass for nats and epass....

                              Everyone has their own theory as to what caused them. Most revolve around the same password being used everywhere. I could see someone using the same password at all their sponsors, but ePass also? That to me is far fetched.

                              I believe the cause was the gMail security holes. It's a more realistic explanation that doesn't involve the victims of theft having done something stupid.

                                  I just seem to remember that there were 'I got screwed on Epassport' threads left right and center, then the Nat's thing came up... and I haven't seen a I got screwed thread since...
