These BMI's are ridiculous. According to these, I'm fast approaching morbidly obese. According to this chart, I should be between 155 and 190, which would be about a 60 to 100 pound weight loss.
The problem with these is they don't take into account the walking gunshow I put on all over town. |
No, not an obese yet! lol just to work on some pounds to have appropriate weight. :winkwink:

Whew - I'm just overweight :)
My ex husband was 6'2" at 185 and was a perfect weight, IMO. He certainly was NOT underweight or scrawny by any stretch of the imagination. He had very broad shoulders and just enough of a tummy where he wasn't flat. |

And skin looks so much better. oh yeah, and when you don't drink Redbull and eat like shit, you don't even get indigestion from fruit and veggies. I love it, it works for me. I know I don't eat right but in the last year I took pilates and then yoga and I could definitely see changes in my body for the better. I'm taking bjj classes now and my teacher makes us do 30 minutes of cardio stuff, push-ups, and this thing where you kind of push yourself across the floor. He also makes us do this special form of hell called "kettlebells". Holy shit, I hate that part. But if it came to being fat or throwing up, I'd just have to be fat because I cannot handle the puking thing. Throwing up is one of my worst fears. :1orglaugh |
