    Xyjak Scam Warning! ***SCAMMERS

    Warning all webmasters before they buy from these scammers!
    I noticed they were stealing templates from TemplateMonster.com, just altering them a little and than selling them as their own!

    JUST A LOOK AT THIS IMAGES CAN CONVINCE ANYONE OF THIS FACT!!!







    I had a discussion with them on email that proves everything:

                                                          i dunno, looks pretty hard to say that one isn't a copy, do you have any other proof besides the one match up? i bought a review template and for the most part have been completely satisfied with it, and have been considering buying another, but if you can provide any more proof that they are in fact copies. I won't bother buying another...

                                                                      It's obviousely a copy, not inspiration, the color sheme and design elements are EXACTLY the same and despite of some minor header changes every designer could make you in less than an hour (except the toon) it's a 1:1 copy.

                                                                      About the toons: Who steals and resells other people's work most likely prefers investing no time or has no skills, so I'd highly doubt anything they "created" is original.

                                                                                                                  First of all we want to thank Mr. Larry Mateusa who noticed that fact and reported it on GFY forum. The following actions were applied:

                                                                                                                  1. Templates #00003 and #00010 were removed from the store immediately.
                                                                                                                  2. The author of this templates (name not disclosed), who turned out to work at that template vendor (name not disclosed) was sidelined from production and legal affair was initiated.
                                                                                                                  3. Customers who purchased templates #00003 or #00010 can get the complete refund of exchange for any other template.
                                                                                                                  4. We are keeping investigation about the rest of templates but there seems to be no more matches.

How about the OTHER themes this guy made, all the themes have the same toons on them for the most part, would it be wrong to assume that one person did all those designs? I'm sur eit's possible they could have been added after the fact, but if you ask me there's just too many loose ends that aren't tying up

Was planning on buying more. I gave him a lot of praise bumps lol. Was worried about the prices being so low with those toons, but said fuck it. I hope all of this gets sorted out because his prices are great compared to these other designers who rape you for something decent.

                                                                                                                                                      the same style toons are used on the majority of the themes, now who's to explain how these themes were made by different contributors? if you're going to skid the supposed 'sontributor' wouldn't you skid all his designs? this is onbviously a one man show with the perpetrator attemping to cver his ass with bullshit 'press releases'. Scum. I'd have to assume that all the themes were made by the same person, 2 of the tooned theme have already been zeroed out as copies, it's only natural to assume there's more. Who knows where the other templates came from or how far they've been editted to not be noticeable. I wouldn't trust buying anything here again.
