How does XXXBlackbook pay per free signup?
Just popped into Loaded Cash to check out my stats because I started giving XXXBlackbook a run a couple weeks back I thought they paid for free signups? I have several free signups, but my earnings still sit at $0. What makes a free signup payout and what doesn't? I don't understand how this works...
