Somebody posted here saying that they contacted PayPal and asked them and they said "yes" it will affect them too.

So every ebay auction buyer/seller using Paypal will have to pay the 750$ fee per year??? I'm curious how visa will handle this situation...

It will effect ppl that process adult sites and such through paypal. It won't effect stuff like auctions. Do a search for paypal, if you see a topic that I (ZoiNk) started, I posted the response I got from paypal on the issue.
