The deputy said she was moving the lady to a cell when she broke loose
and grabbed a chair and wouldn't let go. I can see the lady still trying to
hold the chair when she's being pulled out of it.
Sorry, but if you refuse to move to the cell then they are going to get you there one way or another. If that means beating your ass then that's the
way it's going to be.
The video makes it look like the lady was in a waiting room just hanging out and got attacked. When people get arresed they don't get a fucking waiting
room.
When it's time to go to a cell, just fucking go!!!!!!!!!!!!
Becuase they are bound by their job and the law to put you in the cell by
all means necessary.

The gaurd was not walking her anywhere, and she never tried to break free or grab and hold the seat. You dont think they have the full tape? You know that the tape is the property of the jail? My brother is a corrections officer in the county next to Orient Road Jail where this shit has been happening and he said they've known that Orient Road has had problems and he stated this case specifically as an officer using incorrect force.Comment

If someone is refusing to obey orders, I don't think you have the right to repeatedly smash them in the head until they go limp. The victim was then charged with battery. The charges were only dropped after the tape came to light. I find shit like that concerning.Comment
