Same thing for me... Taking almost everyday around 610.00 CAD = 614.00 USD
and when I use a currency converter 610.00 CAD = 593.00 USD
That's almost a $20 difference. Why?
I know they charge $2 per ATM transaction but where is the rest of my money?
If you are using your Epassporte at a Restaurant, Bar, etc, a % is automatically added to the authorization. This is to cover any amount you might leave as a tip. In a few days, when the place you used the card at settles the transaction, it will adjust to be the actual amount of the transaction.
Just went out for a couple drinks at this one place last night and used my Epass. Checked my account this morning and 40.00 CAD = 48.04 USD?
What the hell, that aint right ...
Its correct what Warchild said.

Are you using the same ATM every time?
It can be the owner of the ATM charge a huge fee when using foreign cards, I suggest you try ATMs from a different bank.
Email me you UserID and I will see if we can see a reason for this.
