I Know In This Country It's A Federal Offense To Make Any Type Of Target Using A Political Figure, However When They Are Out Of Office And No Longer In Politics Can You Make A Target With An Ex-president?

I'm Sure There's Some Clause In The New Patriot Act(the Only Patriot That This Benefits Are The Jokers In Political Office)

Would Love To Know From Someone That Knows The Law.

Expressing your dislike for the president is not illegal. Threatening to kill the president IS illegal.

You can put an image of Bush on a dart board. That is not against the law. The First Amendment to the Constitution says so.

Thanks for the clarification. I thought the dartboard thing would be a first amendment issue, but not being an American I wasn't sure.
