the new nissan gt-r is a fucking beast, very pimp, fast
audi r8, a little more luxury, a little more streamlined, sounds like sex, mid engine rwd. (also audi rs fwd same motor, more practical than the r8 same motor)
lotus elise, perfect handling, a real drivers car.
ford gt40, (you can get a kit car also with any motor or config you want) no comfort, no practicallity.
m series beamers, for practicality and speed.

thats only scratching the surface. if u start considering older cars, or taking something like an evo and making it a beast, theres so many more options.

umm no manual? thats pointless, learn to drive stick or look for something with paddle shifters at least, if you want a "sports" car. automatic is lame.

Forget all the other cars. There's only 1 brand that will put a smile on your face everytime you drive or look at one of their cars: Ferrari. It may sounds like a " small dick" car but forget about that for a minute, who cares what other people think of you anyway? Nothing under 100k sounds better than a Ferrari. Their cars aren't the fastest but they're fast enough (350hp-400hp is enough in my opinion). 600hp isn't more fun, you can't use it anyway and will only get you killed. It's not the speed that's so cool about a Ferrari IMO, it's the whole package; exhaust sound, handling, the vibe you feel when you accelerate hard etc.

I would try to get a F355 or a 360 modena if your budget allows you to spend that much. I've bought a 360 spider last week, that's even better IMO :)
