Well there is a bunch of really fucking old and ancient shit sits in the public domain. Not sure if that has a internet site though. I just see it mentioned and used in assorted documentaries and crap.

When i remember right you can only have intellectual property of something like
life of the author + 70 years. Or maybe shorter. Then it is not protected anymore. Wikipedia uses a lot of this public domain intellectual property.
