    Took a meditation class yesterday

    4 hours of yoga, chanting and meditation. I feel so centered. Anyone here meditate?

                                      I have an entire section of my office dedicated to meditation. I love it! When I lived in Phoenix I used to go to meditation classes as well at the home of my Reiki instructor.

                                                          I liked the class environment because the instructor talks you through but I plan to purchase some CD's for that
