Treadmill
Aerobics/Stretches Pilates/Abs at least 4 days a week.. I try to keep busy.. I like morning workouts better than evening/late night. :) |
i walk and ride my bike every day

10-12km run (1 hour) 6 days a week
2 hour BJJ class 4 days a week 1 hour at gym 4 days a week body building |
I'm lazy ...I don't do any exercise

I don't do much anymore. I play softball 3 days a week and they're always double headers, so I end up running around a lot, but nothing like I used to.

I exercise my thumb on the remote control, my fingers on the keyboard and a little arm work changing the batteries in my vibrator. I'm dedicated.
