22,5 mb/s down
4,5 mb/s up but thats just shit, had to go against a server in Finland with 58 ping. When I use another site here in Sweden I get ~70 mb/s down and ~65 mb/s up

For now,. this is cable, and we are changing it for a dedicated line from the phone company, One of the hazards of living outside the US.
