I have a site that I would like to get transferred over to someone tonight if possible. I would like to start with a shared hosting account, but I want it to be closely monitored for its needs, and to be automatically upgraded as the traffic increases (or at the lease notified by phone when its resources get low so I can authorize the upgrade).
