The mercury is in the ocean, the fish are in the ocean so draw your own conclusions.
Reason why the wild caught tuna are more expensive is that there are now less of them due to over fishing and a large increase in demand.
Secondary note - Salmon populations are down again since last year with record lows returning to the rivers to spawn. Whatever is fucking with them is in the ocean. Either more over fishing or they are catching something and dieing off before they can return to the river to spawn.Comment

But seriously, In the winter I use a $30 indoor grill I bought at Canadian Tire, works great...just gotta get it real hot and that takes about 30 mins.. I actually had a nice 1.5 inch steak for lunch today, yummi!Comment

Super fresh raw tuna with some vegetables is the best way to eat it!
If you grill it its also aight if you leave the inside pink. People who overcook it should be punished.Comment
