Real Estate is VERY cheap here. Lots of great deals to be found. Not a real big gay population but gays are accepted np, not many gay bars however. But gay days once a year brings down a shitload of gays to the theme parks. I think like at least 30% of males who work at the theme parks and attractions are gay so we are used to them. We are in dire need of more lesbians here however. Just stay away from some of the smaller towns surrounding Orlando. There are still quite a few "good ole boys" living in them. Pickup trucks on cement blocks in the front yard, etc,etc

If you got kids like I do, you can get year passes to theme parks very cheap. We're going to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal tonight. Best and most restraunts around, so much to do here you can't be bored. True it is very hot 6 months a year. Come here in January and you will never want to leave though. Hurricanes that come thru Orlando (once every 10 years) are nothing more than bad storms when they get this far inland. No biggy at all. Tornadoes are the real danger here. Only Oklahoma gets more than Florida does, especially the southern Orlando area.
