I never leave things on a plain and i fly fairly often. For the AVN show i flew to Vegas and on the flight there ( i didn't realize till i packed to go home) i left a fairly new Sony PSP with 3 4g sd cards / 4 Games (Socom... Grand Theft..ATV .. shit i liked) I had 8 movies burned on the SD cards an extended Battery / reg battery Nice head phones ..all in a nice case. Total cost about $500 ..

I called the # they gave me to see if it was found or turned in and nothing .. you have to leave a message describing what you lost and what flight. then they only call back if they have it .... what the fuck is that .. i have to talk to a person.

good thing I had 2 of them or i'd really be pissed ..

Man that sucks, never lost any thing on a plane but when I was young I always wanted a mont blanc pen. So I decided if I could hold on to a $3 parker pen for 6 months I would then buy myself the mont blanc. Had it for one week left it at the post office and went back it was gone. Losing shit sucks.

I left a camera in the cab in NYC once - was really pissed because it was the last day of a long trip and all the pictures were lost - couldn't have cared less about the camera itself.

left a sweet Motorola "rokr" phone in a rental car in Mazatlan .. took me almost a month to get it back .. but i did ..they tried to tell it wasn't there etc .. i always put things in the same place .. kind of obssesive that way .. but it usually keeps me from losing things .. any way was in a mega rush to catch my flight .. left it and after 3 weeks hounding and faxing phone records from there with someone who worked there calling around ..threatening with head office and language barrier crap miraculously they "found it" .. " and the person who had it, had be let go " ya right .. but persistence paid off .. 400 numbers are safely backed up and home now ..

I've always done the same .. i made a big mistake and flew a cheap airline because i didn't want to travel an hour 1/2 to the bigger airport. ended up with some 400lb guy next to me and when we were getting off i hardly had room to collect all my things. it may have dropped on the floor some how or i could have left it in the seat back pocket. i recall checking there but i'm betting it was at the bottom ..
