This should be an interesting case to watch.

I hope they win. The interweb is infested with lame ass parked pages splattered with irrelevant ads, diluting the SEO pool with garbage.

Almost everytime I type wrong, I end up on a site with some garbage... Ads are not illegal, but annoying. Trademark infringement is the issue here, but unfortunately I think Dell will not change much.
Regarding SE, the engines should have a common blacklist register, to reduce the garbage.
