Who has the best network, best uptime, etc?
If I wanted to host on the west coast who would it be? If I wanted to host on the east coast who would it be? |

You just pick 1 solid hosting company with good, fast, reliable and skilled
staff to setup base.....then you get yourself a CDN (Content Delivery Network) contract with a company like CacheFly http://www.cachefly.com or from CaveCreek http://www.cavecreek.com

www.valuecdn.com www.pantherexpress.com and many others.
