Posting on GFY gets you better & quicker response then emailing sponsors

ya know, that always amazes me

if you fill out the sponsor support form, or just email one of their reps directly... then what? they get the email.. read it... and just delete it?

or do they just let it sit in their mailbox and then forget about it?

or do they look at your stats and then realise "not worth replying"?

I totally can't understand it. If I was working for a sponsor, (or own one), I'd make sure all support inquires and replied to, with the proper professionality and in a timely manner. Perhaps if some of the sponsor owners had an MBA instead of being highschool drop-outs, they'd see the value in it.

I think people have to remember theres a email filter issue these days. Many emails that come in end up in a box with a million other emails. Sometimes some are lost. Any decent rep will have his ICQ info in his sig, just have a look around, you'll find it.

Sponsors should be better about support.

When I worked mainstream I would reply to all emails in the same day unless I had an unbelievable queue/lack of time/priorities or it was the weekend, I would only reply to urgent requests. It usually doesn't take much time and I was doing that while multitasking.

So yeah, if you don't get any answer, that company/sponsor is really not serious about keeping your business. That is all.

You know what sucks? When sponsor posts another spam (announcement) thread, saying how they updated everything and how great they are and if you need anything just contact your account rep.

Well guess what. You try to contact your account rep - email or icq, and they just dont care about you enough to reply.

But once you post your problem on GFY, your ICQ suddenly lights up with all the account reps hitting you up.
