FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Las Vegas, Nevada: January 13, 2008

THE NEXT GENERATION IN WEB HOSTING HAS ARRIVED

We are pleased to announce the creation of Right Hosting (Right Host Networks, LLC), a provider of managed network services.
Born from from over 50 years of combined internet experience, Right Hosting has been formed to provide an unprecedented level of service.

Mitch Farber, Shahan Ohanessian, Dan Hogue, and Arthur Boghossian are the principles behind this new company. Having created a state of the art data center located in downtown Los Angeles within a Class A Networking facility, Right hosting provides a reliable, redundant platform for managed hosting services of all sizes.

The combined knowledge and experience of this team, forms a solid foundation of stability, professsionalism and innovation in the most critical aspect of web based businesses.

All principles are currently attending Internext, Las Vegas and invite all interested parties to meet with any of us during and after the show. You can find us in the NETbilling/CamZ cabana in Rain Nightclub during show hours and in the evenings in the Porn Poker Tour Director's suite.

Correct - actually the final site is being done now. We wanted the release out by Internext because we are here and have already had an influx of interest from the buzz being generated. Look for the site next week.

What is the connection between RightHosting and WBSConnect (owns the IP space). Also, WBSConnect is in the same building (Equinix West 7th Street) that OC3 networks is also in. Just wondering what the connection is because of Ycaza. Not trying to bash by any means - I'm just curious.

Great, now at the late-night poker games now I'll be forced to call collusion on you all!

Congrats guys, seems like a very solid core of knowledge and experience

Personally, I would never do hosting again though - hosting clients are such a pain in the ass

Hey Mitch, you might want to contact all the hosts who give you as a referral for billing systems to their customers.... Im *not* one of them, but just after this post some of my "colleagues" stated that they were going to have to drop you from their referral lists due to conflict of interest.

Not trying to rain on your parade, good luck to you, however I figured I would mention this as its talk thats being heard right now.

WBS is in lots of buildings, they are also in ours, and while I am doing the arin app, i have them from them and others, but for now we are not even a day old, so maybe this question is a little innapropriate for now. OC3 is also in a bunch of buildings but there main NAP is 530 west 6th, netbilling is in eq chicago as far as i know. I myself was in pihana pacific before it was equinix, but there is no connection in this but me. I repped oc3 and now I don't, I now run Right Hosting. EQ in 818 west 7th is a place that many people have space. hope that helps

WBSConnect is a wholesaler/aggregator/transport provider like PTP but larger, much much larger.

well, for one thing, if netbilling is in on it that does give it some credibility.

netbilling is the ONLY billing system i've found that can deal effectively
check fraud in member signups.

so maybe they'll be hand's on w/hosting.

Chris,

That is not true at all. Anyone who has ever done business with me know about my honesty, credibility and reputation. We saw a need, had a great opportunity and acted on it. There is no conflict of interest. Anyone referred to NETbilling from a hosting company will never be solicited for hosting at Right Host. There are other excellent processors in the industry that are involved in hosting too, right?

Don't worry Mitch. I am sure he just has his head in the sand. How quickly some people forget about maybe....CCBILL / Cavecreek?

Congrats to you guys. Where will your support team be located? You said the data center is in LA, will you guys have cages for lease within your facility and if so will you allow certain customers to access their hardware within those cages? I would be curious to see what your network facility and infrastructure looks like. What kind of security, redundancy etc is in that facility.

Hi,

I will let the technical question be left to Caz. Thank you for your support.

Hey hey hey, calm down.

First off, I applaud this. Im proud that they did this, Caz is a good guy and I like him, and Mitch as well.

I am not a referrer to any billing company.

I simply stated somethign that was said in a group conversation with some others in the hosting industry. This is NOT MY OPINION. Sorry, I should have taken more time in wording my posting. I even told Caz to bring this up to Mitch when I saw him at the show. I did not intend for this to be a bad thing, was just a "hey, you should consider this, because some people said it" type thing. 5 people said it in my presence, I thought that might be something they would want to address in a formal post just in case others thought that way, but whatever.... sorry Caz.

Thanks for all of the support. Speaking for myself, I am happy to be a part of this company. I beleive we are in a very good spot with businessmen the caliber of Shahan and Arther and the fantastic customer service experience and perfectionism of Mitch. Ad to that the hosting experience of CaZ a the rest of the great staff we have assembled RightHosting is sure to be a force in the hosting business.
