Please list sponsors that will meet visa requirements.
1. For the foreign ones.. the ones that will establish a US presence.
2. Pay the fees (duh!)
3. No bullshit business practices (free trial to 99.99 upsells)
4. NO more than 1% Chareback ratio and no more than 2% credit+chargeback together.

I wouldn't go counting too many "foreign" sponsors out yet. All but the smallest and newest ones will adapt by meeting the requirements laid out and will continue on with their American billing partners. The smaller and newer ones will move to Globill or local processors and life will go on but those rebills will be lost (small numbers).

Those of you who know my site and know the niche that we've established know that it converts insanely and retains even better. Never, under any circumstances, am I going to say goodbye to my rebills and piss off my invaluable affiliates. I think most niche and amateur website owners will swear to the same thing.

My chargeback rate over the last 12 months is 0.27%. And our "billing division" will be set up in the good ole USA before November 1. The lawyers and accountants are on to it.

This whole thing is a big deal and a distraction to paysite owners, but we've all been around and understand that the affiliate is king (especially in a revshare program). So what I am saying is my affiliates have nothing to worry about and I think generally all affiliates have really very little to worry about.

I wouldn't go picking and dropping affiliates based on the country of origin just yet - after all this is the internet we're talking about, nothing is more global. Reach out and find those rare, quality niches!

Keep in mind that IF lots of rebills ARE lost because Visa starts rejecting sites or sponsors switch IPSPs, then that will free up surfers with money to spend and they will be cruizing around for fresh new niche sites to join. It's not a bad idea to build a bunch of feeder sites and tgp pages this October and November and have them ready.

(ps. we will have free content for our affiliates uploaded this weekend)
