Nothing short of Business versus Consumer IMHO. Thats why it's a government fight.. surprise surprise.
If I'm with Time Warner or Cox or JoeBlow's Supermodem service provider, it should make absolutely ZERO difference to the way every single internet page looks. Period. Any other argument is an anti-consumer and pro-business argument made on behalf of enriching the business. We pay to CONNECT to the existing internet, NOT to connect to someones VERSION of the internet. And I'm pretty sure that 100% of consumers who dont work for an ISP want to keep it that way. ISP's have big lobby money though in some cases. Surprise surprise and Shazaaam. ![]()
