And yes the money, say by a Russian was made in the USA according to the IRS... the The credit card processors pay the Russian from say AZ... So the IRS says it was made in the USA... Makes no Diff. if his hosting is in Bumb Fucked Egypt...

Jimmy ... you (and perhaps Roc) are confusing income taxes and sales/use taxes. Different things entirely.

je super cist cestinu :-) myslim , ze to vetsina americkych webmasteru nekousne....Ja vim , situace je zhruba takovato ale musim ti oponovat - vetsina mych klientu cca 70% pouziva pro placeni VISU.Zatim pockam jak se situace bude vyvijet a uvidi se.Paypal nas nechce akceptovat.Nas CCprocessor nas zatim ujistil ze pracuje ne nejakem reseni a prozatim se ho opatreni VISA netykaji
