Let's look within our own country for a moment. The US is made up of 50 states. So, if I'm to follow your logic, and I'm in Hawaii and a sponsor from California is paying me for promotion, then I should be paying California State income taxes? And any other state's taxes that I get money from?

Jakube, pokud chces (promin, ze ti tykam, ale na internetu je to vetsinou tak zazite) jen prodavat fotky, atd. webmasterum, tak nepotrebujes prijimat karty Visa. V klidu pouzivej jen MC, JCB, atd. Na vetsi objednavky bankovni prevod. Drtiva vetsina americkych prodejcu karty vubec neprijima (a nebo ne online).

Pokud skutecne potrebujes prijimat VISA (treba chces provozovat placeny sajt), tak ti zrejme nezbude nic jineho nez zalozit firmu v USA, coz neni vubec slozite. Muzes ji zalozit jako fyzicka osoba (jako Cech) nebo jako dcerku tve soucasne firmy (at uz je kdekoliv). Nicmene s tim souvisi dalsi (radove tisicove) naklady na provoz (predevsim ucetnictvi), ktere jsou imho zbytecne (viz vyse).
