Well, signup on www.totemcash.com, grab some banners and go :)

If you have any babes, softcore, bikini, solo girl, nude traffic, or any mainstream wallpaper, screensavers traffic, or any free traffic just add a big fat banner right in the middle of your side. After the first craze is gone (when all you returning visitors saw it), it'll be time to switch to a more reasonable size.

I had something like this years ago. It was awesome until I tried deleting it from my computer, that didn't go so awesome. In all fairness though, my computer was a piece of shit, so that might of had something to do with it.
