Ahh... only caught this post on a reread of the thread. So, your strategy here is to attack without asserting any real points of substance yourself, eh? I thought the resolution of "you're stupid" was something we all gave up in grade school.
For the record, I don't own a gun. I'm simply a proponent of citizen rights, and a student of Western philosophy.
Nor did I ever mention the word, or any word that could be derived from "safe." "Safety" is an illusion.

I know you're not an American, but I wouldn't think the ideals of "freedom" and "personal liberty" would be foreign to any human.
I'd appreciate a real explanation as to why the car analogy I brought up isn't apt - (or at least a pointer to where else you might have responded to it before, as I'm not aware of any such counter), and why you promote society persisting in a Police State.... be sure to hit those points up in a reply, if you would.
