in that case you might as well remove all victorias secret posters from the walls of their stores as well...can't have naked women on the walls in a mall either!

Reminds me of a story I'd seen a while back about people protesting first the mannequins at a victories secret in a mall which they gave up on. Then they protested that the mall had a bench right in front of the victorias secret location and young boys would sit there sometimes. So the mall moved the fucking bench.

I would like to state that I'm not against gay people however I am against all the noise pollution that these stores produce in every mall I have ever seen them in. As well as the asthma attacks it almost always triggers when walking by with my girl.

Virginia Beach has VERY strict laws about what may be worn on their boardwalk areas. This is just a carry over of those same ordinances.

This is an example of abused power, a great example. The manager could have easily denied them access, asked for a warrant, and for counsel to be present since it's a business, he could have even forced them to provide counsel. It would be different if they raided him, but since it wasn't a criminal offense..

Overall, the entire thing is so dirty, just another example of the police state that we live in and how easy it is for cops to abuse the power given to them.

It's sad.
