Thoughts on sites Visa will refuse...
I am thinking that in about 20 days we are going to see a few guys on here saying that Visa has declined to represent their sites.
My guess is that when Visa reviews sites they are going to want to see right away. - Age disclaimers and warnings. - Accurate content registry. Basically they will want to see erotica featuring healthy white people in a fantasy environment. Cos after all in reality sex is a bad thing. I can see that any site that is too fetishistic or psychological will be declined. As well anything that represents the idea that youth as a sexual selling point may be declined. All those asian sailor suit girl sites will be out. I'm guessing that Bukkake and oral stuff may be out too. Other than things that are clearly over the top, what are the processors hearing that Visa will deny? |

Visa wants to replace cash as the dominant currency in the U.S., but they also want to dictate what you can or cannot buy with this currency.
Someone needs to sue their ass as a warning shot. Microsoft might beat all the lawsuits against them, but they have been put on notice that people are watching. So far Visa thinks that they can do whatever they want. But when you become a monopoly, or a near monopoly, then you have to be more careful about fucking people over. |
