As usual, Blizzard is being tight lipped about this. I read an interview the other day and the one thing that they would confirm is that this game will not be released this year. Knowing Blizzard, it's going to be a couple years.

Blizzard is using some new graphics engine which will render the environment to behave more lifelike, such as falling debris. You really can see the high level of detail in the clips there.

I have a feeling that I'm going to need to upgrade my entire system for this.

Hell ya. Starcraft was Game of the Year back in 1998. I forsee Starcraft 2 becoming the Game of the Year for 2008. It's just a shame we had to wait a decade!

Starcraft really rocks... And there are some people that prefer warcraft... This new one will definitively change their ideas... Terran is the best!
