Interesting. I just asked a CCBill rep and heard Visa only at the moment. Of course that could change, I'm sure when MC sees the money rolling in to Visa, they will find some way to copy them.

I knew mastercard wouldn't sit by and let visa make all that cash and do nothing.

MasterCard will most certainly follow suit. They charge it for merchants that get their own merchants accounts so they will do it for this situation also. They just keep milking!
