I'm sure this has already been asked somewhere, but I'm wondering if I am guaranteed the bonus because I was one of the first 1000 webmasters that signed up? Can I take as long as I need to get my first 12 signups? Or is it the first 1000 webmasters to reach 12 signups get the bonus? Like a race
