Possibly selling SEO network of sites (Celebrity themed)

I have a network of sites based on naked / fake naked celebrity pictures.

Network includes 1 main site, high keyword relevance ranking on first and second page in google for terms like "naked celebrities" and "celebrities" naked, and several 3rd or 4th page listings on generic keywords like "naked".

There are 23 celebrity name relevant keyword domains included. The sites are all interlinked with no traffic leaks. 19 of the celebrity name domains and the main domain are registered in may 2005. 4 of the celebrity name domains are brand new registrations.

Since May 05, these pages have been simple static html with very limited SEO optimization as I had neither the time or knowledge. I have never purchased links or done any blackhat/spam SEO work. In fact, the only back links the sites have ever had was one or two links off of my gallery 404 pages.

The aged domains are all PR1, although at one point all the celeb named domains were PR2 and the main page PR5. They all dropped to PR1 in the last big google shuffle, but actually receive slightly MORE traffic and have better listings for keywords.

Cumatively, the domains average about 50,000 unique hits per month. 95% of this traffic is all from search engines. Lots of google images, but lots of regular google traffic as well.

Last year, with no work at all, and only sending to one sponsor (Juicy Bucks) from the landing page, the sites made $3500 with an appaling 1:4500 ratio (ughI know).

In the last two months I have changed the design slightly, updated many of the individual celeb domains with new pictures and fakes I had made, and changed to a custom wordpress theme I made. I also finally did very simple SEO things I should have done from day 1, like site maps and robots.txt for example. All of the existing content and text has been copied from the original page to the wordpress install. In other words, keyword density and content that has always been there is still there, plus I have begun to add new content as I can now simply add posts through Wordpress.

I have switched the main sponsor to Babylon-x and the site is now converting 1:650 to the main sponsor as well as sending hits to new sponsors not used in the past. The site now has banners, sidebar fling advertising etc. The outgoing hits to the main sponsor have not decreased. As I add to the site, it has begun to slowly grow. Throughout the last year, without any work, the sight did see some growth mainly due to better search engine results placement.

I would reasonably expect to see $6500 this year in profit with no work, and maybe as much as $10,000 with weekly updates. I have many projects on the go right now and would consider selling this network for the right price. BIN price $10,000 but will consider reasonable bids here. Stats and sales data available, of course.
