I've never heard of eliteplanet, however there is a Montreal based address/phone number in the whois for eliteplanet.com. It does look like it could be real, also not the same phone number as you posted for support.
64.237.60.19, the IP they are using for their first nameserver (NS1), is that where your domains are pointed? If so that seems to be hosted at hahahahahaha.net, so you might want to contact them and let them know what is happening. They appear to be renting a dedicated server there.

If they are facing some problems regarding domain names resolving, then it's recommended to transfer domain names as well, as well as sites. And yes, it will work then :-)Comment

www.ch00pa.net (change the zeros's to o's), that is where ns1.eliteplanet.com is hosted, and I am assuming the domains you had there as well. Your best bet is to contact them if you think that eliteplanet went out of business. They may delete the data.ICQ: 72251955 GTalk: JuiceMonkeyComment

Hey Jay, sorry to hear that you are having issues. Elite Planet's ip space is def owned by ch00pa you may want to contact them and see if they disconnected your host. I have a few sites hosted at eliteplanet as well.
I was in contact with ch00pa yesterday but they dont have access to eliteplanets servers they said.
