yeah, I would venture to guess a security breach of that nature would only make the software stronger....yes, it was a bad thing when it happened, but now that the water is settled we can all look back and probably agree it wasn't near as bad as that troll minusonebit made it out to be

and god, if you are going to switch to another affiliate system, at least go with executive stats or mpa...ccbill has to be the worst fucking affiliate system out there, and it might just be my imagination, but I think it actually gets worse with age

i didn't see any incompetence, I saw a shitload of board trolling and know it alls thinking they knew everything about everything....but every single person I talked to that has nats and talked to john personally was able to get all the info they needed to set their minds at ease

Well troll, I spoke to people who thought it was an inside job and people who thought the constant denail of the problem by John was a bad sign and him threatening people with C & Ds showed he did not want the truth out.

So maybe you and I speak to different people. Maybe the people you speak to think denying a problem and covering it up is normal business practices. Now tell me he did not do either.

You see it's obvious what the problem is here. What Jace calls competence and what I call competence are two different things.

NATS lost the data, inside, outside or ex employee is unclear, unless I missed the post. John denied there was a problem. John was told there was a problem and shown proof their was a problem, he fixed it for those who told him about it, he tried to keep them from telling others, he failed to inform his clients of the problem and failed to fix it properly. Until the shitload of trolls exposed him.

None of the above is denied.

I do not think that shows competence, Jace does. Different level of what he thinks is acceptable. Wonder if he works to the same level and wants that level for the programmer he's looking for?

I have a hard time understanding the financials behind closing paysites.. Were they really not making the $100 a month it would cost to keep them online? Even if you clearly wrote that there will never be new updates and were actually honest to surfers about it, they'd STILL sign up.. I've had sales to sites we've rated less than 50..

Hard to fathom.
