Suggestion for Canadian paysite operators

Any Canadian companies that are forced to setup shop in the U.S. may want to look into a TD Waterhouse bank account. They specialize in transfer of funds between the U.S. and Canada. I haven't used them myself but I have heard good things. Its at least worth looking into.

More info. -> HERE

I doubt that will help because as the statements said, you need a physical address and office so that they can contact you there. You need US tax numbers, everything. TD Waterhouse can get you an american bank account, but I think it's no different than any major Canadian bank. I think most of the big ones can do that.

I honestly don't know enough about the corporate structure of the company to devuldge what little I do know. I can tell you we are definately busy making sure we have everything in order to comply with the new regulations.

As far as the TD account is concerned. I have just heard that they make it much easier to transfer your U.S. earnings into Canada and I assume you could probably get some good free advice regarding taxes, etc. from one of their reps.
