For the past several years I've done really well sending our asian (JP/CN/KR) traffic to 99bb. But, since they changed over to XVN, conversions have gone into the crapper.

I'm looking for a new home for this traffic, preferably on a flat rate per click basis, but I will consider a PPS model.

This traffic is about 50% JP, 40% CN and 10% KR. It's mostly skimmed traffic, but a good portion of it is popunder and 404 traffic as well.
