I heard the kid representing xtube got punched.. lol
He walks up to me and tries to small talk and I was cool until he hands me his card, I gave it back to him and told him that I had no interest in talking to him. He asks me why?...

I tell him the fact that we have to spent hours on sites like his to get our content removed pisses me off, he says, well we do remove it right?
I guess the look on my face was enough for him to walk away. 2 minutes longer and his ass would have been in the pool.

xtube isn't as bad as a lot of tube sites... A lot of their content is webmaster-submitted and links to the paysite, and they work with a ton of studios and pay them on a VOD basis.

Shrug, he seemed like a nice guy to me, if you don't like their business just talk to him.

Might be a green rep they brought in to press the flesh in vegas, probably not someone who understands the full scope of what the business he works for does to the industry. Just my 2 cents.

If all that's true then the owners threw the kid to the wolves ... and he should go back home and slap THEM in the mouth for making him go w/o at least a warning.

I think your possibly wrong about the violence.
