Reasons for selling : It's a fairly small and new paysite, i havent had the time/skills to promote it too it's full potential. With the VISA situation + other projects i'm currently busy with, i think it would be much better off with a new owner.

Price : Make an offer, the site's nothing special- very 'amateur' in style/design but that seems to sell ok.
