On a serious note, it sounds more like a bipolar disorder than depression. if your girl is that good to you, wake her up and talk to HER about it. I would strongly suggest you seek help.

I would also suggest you take a good long talk with your GF tomorrow and explain to her what is wrong. I have had a person close to me who got a depression, and I am telling you, if you don't talk about it, it's impossible to get through.
