The USA...just as all countries do...acts in what it perceives to be in its best interest. If the USA does not act...it is because it perceives that it is not in its best interest...which is also applicable to all countries.

The Congo's more of an unstable region than Southwest Asia.

I don't think the Congo's really been a stable area for over 300 years.

It's sad what happens there.
