This question is directed to people who work from home because I think people who work in an office environment obviously have a higher incentive to shower (no one wants to smell at work), but if you work at home and don't really interact with anyone, you would have less motivation to shower...
No one is going to smell you...

I always take 1 but sometimes its very late in the day. many days i'll take 2 one in the am and then one after the gym at night. one thing i do to make sure i get up and dressed every day is not make coffee at home. this forces me to get dressed and go out to get my coffee. other wise i would just sit in boxers half the day and end up watching tv downstairs .. up and dressed is a must.

Wow, I'm not even able to get dressed or drive to a coffee shop without having some coffee in my system first. Making coffee and gulping down is the first thing I do in the morning, I can't function without it. I actually can't get dressed without it. I always wondered how people can even make it to a coffee shop without having coffee first.Comment

Funny I was talking about this at the show. I shower everyday, but I do not blow my hair dry or put on makeup. I go weeks without putting on makeup. I take a shower a day, sometimes two if I get cold. (nothing like a hot shower to warm the bones and relax the mind) I usually shower around noon. I like sitting in my PJ's for a few hours when I first turn on the computer, and then take a break shower and come back fresh for the afternoon/evening. For some reason I have better days when I shower twice!
When I worked in an office I took a shower before work and right after work everyday. Body rinse!

I generally stick with every other day... of course I've been known to not have ANY clothes on for 2-3 day spans... I don't go many places and by time day 3 comes around my fiance bitches at me so thats the limit...

werd, i can't believe how may people claim to take 2 to 3 showers a day. i have no problem skipping a day if i haven't done anything to work up a sweat and have no immediate plans on going out. i worked a summer as a mushroom/fruit picker and took 3 showers IN FOUR MONTHS. Then again I took daily hippie showers in the river...Comment

I'll admit I have no probs skipping a few days. Sometimes I just do a body rinse instead of shower because I'm too lazy to wash and blowdry my hair. Besides, my hair looks a lot better when it hasn't been washed for a day or two.
No one smells me (I work and live alone) so who cares? If I leave the house to go somewhere then yes, I shower.
