I don't like 2257 law, it is flawed. However, If the FBI inspects your affiliate and affiliate calls you up, wouldn't you cooperate and give him/fbi the ids that you have?

Even though there are 1.3 billion Chinese and even if they used all of them, there is no way their government can successfully monitor and filter all the traffic on the web. A tremendous waste of resources if you ask me.
