    w2 vs. 1099 - Which is better - WYO?

    If a company will offer medical + 401k

    what's the best way to take this on? I have been doing 1099 for the past 4 yrs. But the one thing I do like is having someone take the taxes out for me, though I would lose the % from the savings acct.

    Any of you have any real benefits to which is better?

      if u are on a 1099 is the cost of the health insurance not counted as income?
