People like that will never be released from prison, and if they are they will never serve a userful purpose in life. And even if they could, why should they be given the chance when they took the chance away from someone else?

                                                                  I doubt it. If you read the whole article you'd see this guy has some mental issues. If they do lock him up he'll be in protective custody. I bet they'll put him into some mental home -hopefully to rot.

                                                                          And what does that have to do with "publicly executed in the worst way possible."? A simple bullet in the back of the head in a non-public setting would give you the same result. So you never really answered the question.
