                              i would have told him to go fuck himself and hung up on him, no service man sent. as a matter of fact he would have just blacklisted himself from ever seeing one of my service technicians again. if i heard any complaints about it from anyone, he threatened to harm my employees, so fuck him. he could sit there in his broken ass elevator for all i'd care. go find another service man, who's laughing now? har har.
