Hello,

I?d like to offer you a nice opportunity to buy an established website in a converting niche. The site started in 2004 and is converting nicely at 1:211 since then.

The paysite generates around 10.000$ / month and the revenue is mostly generated by type in traffic (Google and other Search Engines). Partners generate around 25% of the sales every month.

The affiliate program runs with NATS Lite that allows the Cascading Billing. Right now it uses Epoch and CCBill.

The paysite is on Google 1st page for the niche keyword which brings a nice amount of SEO traffic.

The paysite consists in 370 movies with a majority of non exclusive stuff and also some exclusive scenes (around 10).

The backoffice is a custom script I wrote that manages all the updates. So it is easy to add 10 updates and let it run for a few weeks without having to make daily updates. I can customize it if needed by the buyer.

Thanks to the good ratio, this site can be an excellent addition to a network. I don?t have time to make new FHG, AD Tools and so on so I prefer that someone else more serious about it does the work and expand the site.

I?m selling it because I?m a proud new daddy and I want to get back to mainstream and PHP/JAVA scripting.
