    I Need Urgent Help... Epassporte Rep, Please Click Here

    Hi, i tried to withdraw some money from East West Bank's ATM here in the philippines (http://www.eastwestbanker.com/)... Now my transaction with their machine was REJECTED, then i checked my account online and my online statement shows that the money i withdrew was not rejected, it showed the money i withdrew was successful and i didn't get any money.... i called the East West Bank and they said that the problem was on your side, they double checked if the transaction was rejected and there's no mistake about it...

    could you please check this problem ASAP? it's quite a big amount of money and my wife will give birth to our 2nd baby anytime soon, and i'll need that money to pay for some hospital bills..

      did you contact them through their customer service email and numbers or is this the first place you came to?

        if you have ICQ try getting a hold of Michael O at 95-431-302 Dont think he will be online right now due to time differences but he can usually get things sorted out fairly quick

          yes i did but i know that email replies can take so much time... a friend of mine told me that there's an Epssporte Representative here in GFY... and i was hoping for a faster support here, if he sees this thread

                      The machine didn't print anything for the transaction was rejected.... Thats how it is here in philippines

                          That happens, it's happened to me before with Epassporte, as well as with cards from major banks.

                          You will need to fill out a claim form with as much information as you can and Michael can help get you that form. He was able to get it all moved through their system pretty quickly. It took about 7 business days and I had my money back again. This time can vary to over a month though I believe.

                          Interestingly enough it took longer for my bank to credit the same kind of mistake than it took Epassporte.
