    Registrar for "risky" content

I would like to start a blog about one of the corrupt offices of a certain government.

I would like to register the domain in a place where that government can't just ask the registrar to turn in the domain information or change the DNS or just give them the domain or whatever.

What registrar will back me up if I need it?
    No sig.

Yeah, I'm referring to more "basic" scare tactics. Obviously against an international warrant there's no way out.
      No sig.

In a country where that country is not well liked.

A girl once told me "Give me 8 inches and make it HURT".

So, I fucked her twice and hit her with a brick.
