Thx man, we're pretty stoked about it. Of course we would have liked to make more but moving forward was more important than the final sales price. We're excited to be moving forward with only one goal / one business / one task before us.

I personally have been run ragged the past year trying to run one aging business and build a whole new one. Heh, only so much one man can do. So I'm in a better place now and I hope to see you in Costa to buy you a free beer!

This is a good lesson as to why you should sell a site (or business) into growth.

Why on earth you wouldn't let everyone know before Vegas is beyond me. You just threw away several thousands of dollars. Probably half a mill if not more.

You know, it's entrepreneurs like Marc who make this business go 'round, - constantly seeking new challenges and taking risks. The reality is, Marc's got $550k in the bank and ownership in a fresh, growing business... I think he's doing just fine. Most people here should learn from someone like Marc instead of making themselves look like amateurs with comments like "oh man I totally would have sold it 2 years ago for waaaay more"
